This one-day, evidence-informed CPD workshop is designed for chiropractors who want to develop greater confidence in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of running-related injuries (RRI). Whether you work with recreational runners, club athletes or competitive performers, the course provides a practical, evidence-based framework that can be applied immediately in clinical practice.

Combining current research with real-world clinical experience, the workshop explores the biomechanics of running, the mechanisms underlying common running injuries, and the factors that influence injury risk and recovery. Through hands-on practical sessions, movement assessment, case-based discussions and rehabilitation workshops, participants will develop the skills to make informed clinical decisions and deliver effective, patient-centred care.

By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

-    Apply a structured, evidence-based approach to the assessment of running-related injuries.
-    Identify key biomechanical and training-related factors that contribute to injury.
-    Design effective rehabilitation programmes and guide patients safely back to running.
-    Critically evaluate common beliefs and misconceptions surrounding running injuries using the current evidence base.
-    Integrate practical assessment and rehabilitation techniques into everyday clinical practice with confidence.
