Aurelie Marchand

Aurélie Marchand is a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Management at the Health Sciences University (HSU) and Course Leader for the MSc Musculoskeletal Paediatric Health. She has a research focus on clinical paediatric chiropractic, and paediatric competency development. Aurélie is a GCC registered chiropractor, she holds a Master’s degree in Medical Education from the University of Dundee and a postgraduate qualification in paediatric chiropractic practice.
She has extensive experience in chiropractic education, leadership, and curriculum development, having held multiple senior academic roles across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the UK and internationally. Her teaching and scholarship centre on paediatric and pregnancy-related musculoskeletal health, evidence-based clinical reasoning, and safety in clinical paediatric practice.
Aurélie is a Fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractors in both the Education Faculty and the Pregnancy and Paediatrics Faculty. She has published in peer reviewed journals on paediatric chiropractic practice, education, and safety, and is an active contributor to international conferences and continuing professional development in paediatric musculoskeletal health.
